I don't know how I even managed to summarize and post all of this now, but oh well, it's either now or never.
Sorry, there's gonna be some random info, but um, general profile will come later, when I properly decide what to put in it, and honestly I'm sorry for that. 

First name: Seraphina [se-rah-FEE-nah]\ セラピナ[Serapina]
Nickname:  Fina\フィナ
Age:  35 [Pre-timeskip]\37[Post timeskip]
Date of birth: TBA 
Seiyuu:  Ryoka Yuzuki
Occupation:  Vice-Admiral
Affiliation: Marines
Distinguishing features: messy locks, mole under her left eye.
Signature items: cigarettes, coffee, sunglasses, her gloves. 

A short summary of things. 
Seraphina was an orphan, left by her mother at Marinford. She was taken in and taken care of collectively, like a kitten. While she was still a small child, it turned up she had immense physical strength, which caused chaos and mess wherever the child dared to come. Raising trouble she was handled on to Garp since only the fists of love could beat some sense into her.
Ever since her childhood as a chore girl and promotions as a teen she aspired to be a hi-ranked marine and change the world to the better. But in her 20ies her belief was majorly shattered and after certain events by the age of 25 and a position of Commodore she quit being assumed dead after somebody blew her ship up.
She spent about 7 years in secret, hiding from her former colleagues.
Short before Marineford she decided to come back, having a change of heart towards her job and her role as a marine. Not without a scandal and lowering of her position she was taken back in. She spent timeskip in rigorous training to obtain a position of a vice-admiral and not without difficulties she finally acquired it.
Now she is positioned  in the New World, keeping eye on it's pirates, currently aspiring and working on the next promotion.
