This collab is not just to be all glitty-uitty, but it's serious business, because I alway do something to turn the thing upside down and make people do that they usually don't. To improve if you may. And of course to entertain.

The form of this collab will be...Manga Cover Page
Everyone who enters is entrusted with a cover page template. It contains space for drawing and it has text to count and name the chapter.
1.The number you'll be in the participants list = number of your chapter. Simple eh?
2. The space for drawing should contain you character at least waist-up and be screentoned. No color, just work with b/w._{I'm very evil}
3. The drawing  must be done in manga style _{I know, I know, but it's time to test something new, eh?} No Oda-style is requested from you, just any manga style.

So, about the

Divide et Empera

The mainland is sitting on a powder keg. Five countries are involved in hidden eternal struggle with each other. None of them, however truly understands the black shadow of ancient order, rising from the dark pages of their own history.

Synstylae Imperium

Motto: Aut vincere, aut more / To win or die
National symbols and colors: red, burgundy, gold and black. Symbolic flower - a red rose. The symbolic animal – a dragon
Population: ~ 30 million
Form of government: absolute monarchy
Loyalty: aggressive, always in a state of readiness for war, in alliance with Pimpinellifolia, maintains a stable relationship with Cernuum
What is known for: the extraction of gold, precious metals, mining of precious stones
Summary: 13 years ago Scarlet Empire Sinstilae and White Kingdom Pimpinellifolia were a united states until a palace revolution during which the king and the queen were killed. Shortly after that a small area called the White Kingdom or Pimpinellifolia seceded from the state and the remaining lands were called Sinstilae or Scarlet Kingdom.
During 6 years the Scarlet Kingdom was reigned by an interim government with the regency of the young Queen Blair, who was too young to run the country at that time (she was 10 years old). During this time the situation in the country deteriorated, hunger and poverty became frequent, the kingdom was full of the poor.
When Blair was 16, she became a full ruler of the Kingdom, and immediately took things into her own hands. Together with her brother Ace she formed a large army, established a military production and has won many neighbor lands, bringing the Kingdom of revenue and fame. For all her brutality Blair was a wise ruler who understood how to rectify the situation in the country, and after 2.5 years of her reign the things returned to normal state (not counting the nearly constant military campaigns - however, the losses were insignificant). Her brother, in turn, was an excellent commander and the troops under his command scored more and more victories. Blair too was not far from military affairs: as a queen she was chief of the army and often went off to battle.
Over time, the area of the Scarlet Kingdom had risen so much that the state has become the most extensive on the mainland. It was decided to transform the Kingdom into the Scarlet Empire.
3 years after accession to the throne of Scarlet Empire Blair decided to make her brother to Emperor, as the he possessed all the qualities inherent in this post and had to cope brilliant with such great responsibilities. All the time Blair could not find a decent husband, who could take over as emperor, therefore, at the age of 18 Ace has been vested with full authority of the Emperor.
They were not (and could not have been) married, but rule the country together.

Pimpinellifolia Kingdom

Motto: Melius est nomen bonum quam magnae divitiae / A good name is better than great riches
National symbols and colors: white, beige, silver. Symbolic flower - a white rose, symbolic animal - a deer
Population: ~ 10 million
Form of government: limited monarchy (through parliament)
Loyalty: neutral, in alliance with Synstylae
What is known for: highly arts (music, painting, sculpture)
Summary: White kingdom was formed after a split of a large country. Now the two states, Synstylae and Pimpinellifolia are forced to maintain neutrality. The policy of the White Kingdom is very peaceful - they have almost no army (basically, the garrison), and they will never wage war and do not take the offensive campaigns. The most important thing in the kingdom is the development of culture and arts, and Queen Lyra puts much effort in this.
Lyra is a second cousin of Ace and Blair. After the formation of two states she and her parents went to the White Kingdom, and after their death, she took the throne as the legitimate heir. By nature she is good, kind-hearted and somewhat naive: that's why she tries to promote art and culture in the country, instead of conquering new territory - she believes that all conflicts can be resolved peacefully.
Pimpinellifolia is in league with the Scarlet Empire, but it is only the external aspect of their relationship. In fact, the Scarlet Empire has far greater impact on the White kingdom than it's permitted for an ally, in some cases trying to influence politics in the kingdom. Due to corruption of some officials, as well as government spies, Synstylae  had for several years successfully obtained control over Pimpinellifolia.
In addition, in the White Kingdom lives a childhood friend of Ace - Sabo, who is chief of the army. At the time of the separation of the state of his family moved to live in Pimpinellifolia as the main supporters of Lyra's parents. Sabo joined the civil service at an early age and later was in the army and for his services he received the rank of generalissimo at the age of 21. In addition, he is also a military adviser to Lyra.

Cernuum Kingdom

Motto: Nemo me impune lacessit / Nobody insults me with impunity
National symbols and colors: orange, brown, peach, bronze. Symbolic flower - Tiger Lily, the symbolic animal - a bear
Population: ~ 17 million
Form of government: monarchy (the de facto controlled by the Chancellor of the Queen-Regent)
Loyalty: neutral, but maintains a stable relationship with Synstylae
What is known for: rich mineral deposits, peat bogs, nitrate, and partly because it is known for pharmaceuticals
Summary: Orange kingdom of Cernuum is the second most influential country on the coast. Its ruler is Queen Hilda, who because of her age (16 years) may not be the fully ruler. Hilda was a late baby, too early lost her mother (she died at childbirth) and was raised by her father. When he died, she was 14 years old, and the question of inheritance was not standing: she was the only person that claimed the royal throne, and she immediately took it. By law Cernuum ruler can take his full dutiese only when he reaches 20 years old, so she was appointed regent.
Queen Regent - Chancellor Trafalgar Law actually manages the state, engaging in foreign policy and at the same time controlling everything that happens from domestic policy to the development of culture and art.
In addition to Law, an influential person at court is Lyn, Chief Treaserer of Cernuum. She grew up in a family of bankers and therefore knows the value of money and is well aware of how to make money and increase capital. She controls all the finances of the state. Lyn and Law, among others, are the closest advisers of the queen.
The very same queen, despite her age, is a good ruler, a good strategist and always knows how to iron out differences between the nobles and the people, so the Orange kingdom prospers. She harmoniously developed culture, art and military affairs (as well as many other crafts), high production and high quality of life, so there are not many poor. Cernuum is actively engaged in trade and products of the kingdom are bought all around the coast.
While advisers are in a very trusting relationship with the Queen, behind her back they are leading the secret policy, thanks to which Cernuum is so rich. There is a network of royal spies working in the states along the coast and also conducted secret research about experimental weapons. Some of the projects, as well as many conventional weapons are exported to Synstylae to maintain friendly relations with the Empire.


Tulotis Episcopacy

Motto: Aditum nocendi perfido praestat fides / Trust that treacherous, gives him an opportunity to harm
National symbols and colors: purple, lavender, crimson, copper. Symbolic flower - purple orchid, the symbolic animal - a sheep
Population: ~ 8.5 million
Form of government: limited monarchy (through College of Cardinals)
Loyalty: neutral, in alliance with the Principality of Daffodil
What is known for: fabrics and lace, wood carving
Summary: A small episcopacy Tulotis used to take only a tiny rocky peninsula a few centuries was the religious core of the mainland. Inaccessible monasteries erected on the cliffs, amassed knowledge and received generous donations. This gave impetus to the development and consolidation of the episcopacy under the auspices of the Reconquista. At the time, quite a warlike and aggressive state Tulotis, after the death of previous Major Archbishop, stopped hiking deep into the continent and was engaged in the home policy. But they established relations only with Daffodil, whose king could be temper towards the current head of state.
The Major Archbishop Spandam V, the successor of Spandin II, is ambiguous, chaotic and very religious. There is hardly a man, who fears God so much. Being rather eccentric and unmanageable, Spandam is limited by College of Cardinals - the supreme authority of the violet episcopacy.
College of Cardinals is clerics, most close to the Archbishop. They are ears, eyes and hands of the Archbishop, his secret police and torturers. They are all committed to Spandam, but act on their own initiative and have certain ambitions that led them to their position. Seven Cardinals have unlimited privileges that allow them to divide spheres of influence within their own estates.
The only female Cardinal Kalifa is now fighting for the rights of women and is an example for many believers, a sign that gender is not critical for religion. She is extremely cruel and feministic.
The episcopacy cannot boast any special fruit or minerals, but its main asset is the weavers and various kinds of fabrics, laces, trimmings. Particularly it's known for the rare sort of silk from the peninsula. Successful trading puts clothing on almost the entire continent, so that the state sated and clothed.


Daffodil Princedom

Motto: E pluribus unum / From many – one(united)
National symbols and colors: yellow, gold, honey, as well as blue. Symbolic flower- daffodils, the symbolic animal – shark
Population: ~ 15 million
Form of government: monarchy
Loyalty: neutral, in alliance with Tulotis
What is known for: shipbuilding, fish, fruits
Summary: The Princedom of Daffodil is a perfect example of a southern country, living in prosperity and well-being. For more than three centuries Daffodil is the major naval power of the continent. The Princedom existed in its present form since the collapse of the first mainland state and will continue to exist. No other country has so big and mobile fleet, and all the aggressors will have to go a long way, whether it'll be land or water. Daffodil with its small area has an excellent climate, enough of the rivers and fertile soil, which affected its stability.
The present grand duke Rayleigh and grand duchess Shakky maintain neutrality with almost all countries, as well as they are the only ones who can successfully and safely negotiate with Tulotis. They are now the oldest monarchs, quietly looking at continental kingdoms gnawing with each other, preferring to distance themselves more and delve into the internal politics of the state.
Most people here are engaged in trade or fishing - there are only increasing the coast except that Synstylae, but a warm subtropical climate here is the main condition for the cultivation of many fruits and rare woods.
The rest of the country over time proved to be quite dependent on trade policy of the sea country, though many are not happy with it, but a small princedom rules a ball on its own way.


Black Tulip Order

Summary: Five centuries ago all five kingdoms formed a single unified state. Continental state, however, fell apart, because a coup happened and the continent has entered the era of wars. Now it is long gone, and the descendants of former ruling dynasty presumed to be dead.
But there are those who are not satisfied with this course of things. Those who want to unite the continent and return it to its former glory are called "Black Tulip". Society of spies and assassins are involved into revolutionary activities, hoping to rid the world of despotic and short-sighted rulers, and inequality and poverty. And especially to rid the world of the Scarlet Empire, which threatens the Order.
The Order has a network of spies and followers in all five kingdoms, working directly with some countries.
Mysterious leaders behind him, as well as some of the elusive assassins of the Order had already gained their fame among the people.
